Wrigley Field will offer a variety of new food offerings this season, however Chicagoans should feel right at home with the menu. The Chicago Cubs and restaurant partner Levy Restaurants are pleased to welcome iconic Chicago brands such as Vienna Beef Hot Dogs, D'Agostino's Pizza, Stanley's Kitchen & Tap, The Fifty/50 and Gonnella Baking Company as official food partners of the Chicago Cubs. The Cubs also welcome official partner Enjoy Life Foods as a provider of gluten-free and allergy-friendly food options and an expanded presence of probiotic Starfruit Frozen Kefir from Lifeway Foods, Inc.

"We are proud to be partnering with iconic Chicago companies to enhance our overall food experience at Wrigley Field and help them increase their sales and brand awareness nationally," said Wally Hayward, executive vice president, chief sales and marketing officer, Chicago Cubs. "We're excited to have family businesses like Vienna Beef, D'Agostino's Pizza, Stanley's Kitchen & Tap, The Fifty/50, Gonnella Baking Company, Enjoy Life Foods and Lifeway Foods join Chicago-based Levy Restaurants as part of our Chicago Cubs Family this season."

Vienna Beef Hot Dogs, whose first store opened in Chicago in 1894, becomes the Official Hot Dog of the Chicago Cubs. The partnership reunites Vienna Beef Ltd. with the Cubs after the two companies served as corporate partners until 1982. Vienna Beef Hot Dogs will be sold Chicago-style in concession stands, grill carts and hot boxes throughout Wrigley Field. Fans can also explore several specialty hot dogs, such as the Taco Dog topped with seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, jalapenos, shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream. Additional specialty offerings include the Frito Dog, Deli Dog, Nacho Dog, or the Heater-a hot dog topped with blue cheese coleslaw, celery salt and buffalo sauce. Specialty hot dogs are available at The Works concession stand inside Wrigley Field's main gate.

"For over one hundred years Vienna Beef and the Chicago Cubs have been part of the fabric of Chicago. Today these two family businesses unite to make 'the Chicago experience' even better for visitors and citizens, alike. Vienna Beef is proud to offer our quality product to Cubs fans and trust they will enjoy another Chicago tradition," said Jim Bodman, chairman and chief executive officer, Vienna Beef Ltd.

Guests will enjoy Vienna Beef Hot Dogs on plain and poppy-seeded buns from Gonnella Baking Company, the Official Hot Dog Bun of Wrigley Field. Family-owned and operated Gonnella Baking Company is celebrating its 125th anniversary in Chicago this year.

Another local family-owned and operated company, D'Agostino's Pizza, becomes the exclusive pizza served at Wrigley Field. The first D'Agostino's Pizza location opened in 1968 down the street from Wrigley Field at the corner of Addison Street and Southport Avenue. Concession stands inside the ballpark will feature giant individual thin crust pizza slices with cheese or cheese and pepperoni, and personal pan pizzas with cheese or cheese and sausage.

"We are proud to announce the partnership of two great Wrigleyville traditions: Chicago Cubs baseball and D'Agostino's Pizza, now both at Wrigley Field. We are pleased that we can combine America's favorite food with Chicago's favorite sports team," stated Scott D'Agostino, president, D'Agostino's Pizza.

Stanley's Kitchen & Tap will provide hamburgers at Wrigley Field concession stands, including the specialty "Stanburger" in both the Broadcast Grill and Sheffield Grill located on the right field main concourse. The Stanburger is offered as a single or double quarter-pound proprietary four-beef blend patty, topped with melted American cheese, lettuce, onion, sliced tomato and Stanley's own secret SKT sauce. Stanley's Kitchen & Tap is a full-service Chicago-based restaurant specializing in traditional American home-style cooking with a southern twist.

"We're excited to be an official partner of the Chicago Cubs and look forward to helping Cubs fans can enjoy great burgers and baseball at Wrigley Field," said Don Kruse, co-owner, Stanley's Kitchen & Tap.

Fans in the Bud Light Bleachers will enjoy new jumbo chicken wings from The Fifty/50 restaurant of Chicago. These wings are tossed in special seasonings, lightly breaded and fried, then tossed in either The Fifty/50 Buffalo Sauce, Tangy Barbeque Sauce or the Wrigley Field-exclusive Wrigleyville Ivy Sauce. The Fifty/50 will sell wings from a new portable unit located in the left field bleacher patio.

Chicago-based Enjoy Life Foods enters the Friendly Confines as the official gluten-free, allergy-friendly food supplier to the Chicago Cubs. Enjoy Life Foods will provide gluten-free Not Nuts Beach Bash-a medley of sunflower kernels, pumpkin seeds, dried pineapple, apricots and cranberries-and Soft Baked Snickerdoodle Cookies in several ballpark locations.

"When I first founded Enjoy Life in 2001, it was with the thought that we would be able to provide our customers great tasting products that they could enjoy, while living a normal, active life," said Scott Mandell, chief executive officer, Enjoy Life Foods. "What is more normal than enjoying a baseball game in the Friendly Confines of Wrigley Field? We are pleased to be able to assist the Cubs in allowing all of their fans to enjoy the full experience."

Fans will be able to top off their meal with an original or pomegranate-flavored Starfruit Frozen Kefir from Lifeway Foods, Inc. Frozen kefir is a low-fat soft-serve treat that is 99 percent lactose-free and gluten-free, including many gluten and allergy-free topping options. The nutritious treat contains probiotics to support immunity and digestion. Starfruit Café has four Chicagoland locations and began supplying frozen kefir to Chicago Cubs players, front office and media during the 2010 season. The product will be available to Wrigley Field customers for the first time in 2011.

"We are excited to offer Starfruit Frozen Kefir as a delicious-but-healthy alternative to Cubs fans at Wrigley Field. It's an easy way for fans to satisfy their sweet tooth with a guilt-free treat," said Julie Smolyansky, president, chief executive officer and director, Lifeway Foods, Inc.

Each new food partner has been incorporated into the ballpark by Chicago-based Levy Restaurants, which manages food and beverage, retail and merchandise sales at Wrigley Field.
